I am wondering how I go about upgrading my drives.  I basically want to go from a bunch of 2tb drives and switch to 3tb.  So obviously I have to replace my parity drive.  I would like to put my parity drive in the same slot as my old one.  Is there a good procedure to go about replacing these drives?  I would like to add one to the array and one as the parity drive.  They are all precleared at this point.
