I'm bought from newegg before, and they are good, didn't have any issue.

 

However, now looking at SuperBiiz, I find them cheaper on some items.

 

What's your experience with both stores?

I buy mostly from newegg but usually use superbiiz for SASLP cards and the like.  I have never had a problem with there service and everything has shown up in a timely manner.

I was thinking maybe I'll save a lot of i go with SuperBiiz, but it seems NewEgg's inventory is larger than SB.  You can find everything on SB

Newegg has beyond awesome customer service. They are also fast. most orders ship the same day.

 

Superbiiz .. i have only used them twice. the first time the item was out of stock and it took them 2 days to tell me.

the second time the item was out of stock and the told me the same day.  in the fist case i canceled the order. in the second i said asked to backorder it at that price. I waited 3 weeks before calling to to see if they could price match with a similar more expensive Item. they did lower the price but not fully price match.

It then took 2 more days before they shipped it.

They feel like a ma and pa shop when working with them.. I would use them again if I had the need.

they defiantly have the cheapest prices on EEC unbuffered RAM for the sandy/ivy bridge servers.
