July 24, 201213 yr I am not sure if this will work for two systems, but it seems like it may, Two Unraid systems or maybe a WHD and Unraid. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813121585
July 24, 201213 yr The only way to run two copies of unRaid on one system (regardless of how many CPUs you have, which I think is where you are going with that board) is to virtualise. That board would be very much overkill in that scenario. If you truly want to go down that path, then have a look at my build (in my sig) and johnm's atlas build (massive thread!) for some ideas. Briefly, you can achieve 2 unRaid systems with a board that is almost quarter the price of that one. Your only real challenge will be where to put all the hard disks!
July 25, 201213 yr Author Ok, then can i run a WHS and unraid with this board. I think that i can find it for cheaper
August 14, 201213 yr I think you may be mistaking what dual cpu's can do. It doesn't mean that you can have two seperate operating systems on the one board. It basically doubles the processing power. You have to virtualise which is run one operating system and then run more OS's inside that first OS. How many you can run is dependent on the specs of the computer. Josh
