SABNZB tries to update then hangs ... won't start

I had an array that wouldn't start - I stopped Sickbeard, Couchpotato, and SABNzb -

 

Sickbeard started, and when I tried to start SABNzb it said

 

installing latest Version (0.7.2)

Starting sabnzbd: sudo -u root python /usr/local/sabnzbd/SABnzbd.py -d -s 0.0.0.0:8080 --config-file /mnt/disk1/nzb --pid /var/run/sabnzbd > /dev/null 2>&1

I checked the monitor screen and it gave me many 'no such directory' -

 

How do I uninstall and re-install this - or stop sabnzb from intalling a new version that does not install?

 

Also - I want to remove couchpotato - do I just remove it from the plugin dir?
