Excellent set of components.  A couple of things that I'd consider if it were me ...

1.  If you shop carefully, the 1T drives are almost at the same $/Gig as the 750G.  At frys.com the Seagate 1T is $180 compared to the Newegg $130 for the 750G.  (Frys is a good place to buy drives.  They ship the full retail version (including all cables) with factory packaging which makes for less chance of damage en route.  Newegg ships OEM drives with no cables wrapped in bubble wrap.  Some users have complained that this packaging was less than stellar.)

2.  This ABIT motherboard has a couple more SATA ports (9 internal + 1 eSATA = 10), and it is cheaper.

3.  This E2180 CPU is a dual core for a few dollars more.  Although unRAID can't take advantage of the extra horsepower today, it is likely that it will in the future, especially if you want to use the machine for purposes other than pure unRAID.  Not quite as green, but close.

UPDATE

4.  I don't like to use the backplanes.  They are pricy and some users have had some connectivity issues with them.  I am in the definite MINORITY in this opinion, so follow your preferences!  I made my own disk rack that mounts inside my case (see "My Rig" link in sig).   Of course I have to open my case to add/change a disk, but I can have 2-3 1T drives for the cost of backplanes to hold 16 disks!

UPDATE2:

5.  Consider THIS PCI video card.  At $9.99 it is hard to beat.  It is PCI (not PCI-E) - good for unRAID server, bad for games.  :)

whats the total price w/o the drives?
