Are the newer Gigabyte boards still running HPA?  I'm actually buying a board to upgrade my desktop PC (not unRAID).  Occasionally I have to plug in a drive to that board to do a firmware updaten and don't want that problem.  The Gigabyte board is a good deal for the performance / feature set, but I wont go there unless this is something I can turn off.  I'm not sure how to verify it before buying and actually being able to look at the BIOS settings.
