User share path to physical address path ?

Featured Replies

Is there any way to get the physical path to a directory/file via the user share? In other words if I'm accessing UnRAID/Movies/Jaws, can you determine the physical location (i.e. disk4/Movies/Jaws). Or do you just have to troll through each disk?

Thanks. I knew it had to be possible, but my Linux/Unix knowledge is practically absent.

ls /mnt/disk*/Movies/Jaws

That is a disk share, no?

User share is the same way though....

ls /mnt/user/<usershare>/<thenwhateverfolder>

Now I have a question myself. Is that folder <user> setup static in the programming of unraid?
