Hopefully this is the correct section to ask, new to Unraid, and have run into a few issues.

 

First off specs:

5.0-rc5-r8168 Server Pro + SimpleFeatures

4 drives, 3x 2TB, parity and storage, 1x200gb cache.

Asus M5A97 EVO, dual core Athlon, 4gb ram.

Been up and running for about a month now.

 

1. I'm occasionally seeing large amounts of reads and writes to the flash drive (see pic).

 

2. The cache isn't working correctly, I can write files to the shares, and it will write them to the cache perfectly fine, but once the mover has been run, either manually using the "move now" button, or via schedule, 75% of the time, any more writes to the shares will go directly to the disk, not to the cache.

 

3. About 50% of the time after rebooting it wants to do a parity check, has never found a problem so far. To reboot, I am stopping the array via the "stop" button, then pressing the "reboot" button.

Please remove Simplefeatures and any other add-ons. See if the issues persist.

Thanks dgaschk, have removed all add-ons, will post back in a day or two and let you know how it goes.

 

 

Been two days now, no problems since removing simple features.
