Would I benefit using a 4x1 network card like that streaming to the 5 computers and video streamer in my house? How hard would that card be to set up in unraid?

You would need a router or switch that could be set for link aggregation and set unraid (manually) to do the same.

 

But is it worth it?

 

A high bitrate bluray only goes to 60mbps. When gig-e is 1000mbps you already have enough.

You are probably right. Plus the extra cost for the right switch and 4x1 nic.
