    Are you running 4K Aligned setting in unRAID?  I think you need to jumper these like with the WD20EARS drive if you're not.

     

    I have all my drives 4K aligned so I don't have to worry about which ones to jumper or not.  I have one of these that I got through RMA to go along with several WD20EARS drives and they work OK.
