Don't get why this code can't be used on the model with the metal housing considering they're the same price. I'd rather have the metal than the plastic.

 

EDIT: I contacted them and asked if they could apply the code to other model of the same cost and they told me no. I miss the Newegg of 6 plus years ago. They would have done it no problem.
