Question about bulk packed motherboards

I am looking at the Supermicro X9SCM-F-O at SuperBiiz, but the only ones they have in stock are bulk packed instead of the retail pack?  I've purchased many bulk CPU's in the past, but never a motherboard.  I don't care about the cables and what not, but I hate not having an I/O shield.  Do the bulk MB's come with the I/O shield?

    I thought bulk packed meant the box was just a plain cardboard one instead of one with nice printed graphics. That's how I received my board and it had everything inside to install it in a new machine
