Drive Blue Ball then Red Ball

Had to reboot my server and when it came back up I had a drive come up with a blue ball. Got the syslog then rebooted and it came up as a red ball. Quick look at the smart report says its ok but I'm unsure if that is true. I added the drive back to the array and its currently rebuilding data. I should probably run a long smart test report on that drive I assume? I've attached my syslog and smart report taken from the drive, the failed drive is sdi.
