Using 'new permissions' kills (?) the web gui?

this seems to be consistent.

 

When running the new permissions, it display the progress on the same window below.

when I close the window, however, it does two things

- I do not see anymore the 'new permissions' and children in 'ps' list

- the web interface is gone..

 

1) I assume it is a bug..

2) how can I restart the web gui without restarting the server?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
