Add Thank You Button to Posts

I was experiencing a seemingly common issue today, that was solved by reading several posts on this forum.  I could reply to a post or two to thank the posters, but that would unnecessarily bump the thread.  Some of the forums I've been on have had a "Thanks" button next to each post for these cases.  I took a look at the Simple Machines site and found an add-on that would add this functionality to the board.  What do you think of this feature?
