August 16, 201213 yr Sounds like a plan. BTW, preclear isn't a requirement, it's just a REALLY good idea. New drives have a bad habit of failing shortly after you start using them, so a preclear (or 3) to kill it early if it is bad should reduce the chance of your freshly rebuilt drive failing.
