5.0-rc5-r8168 reball

Parity was spinning and and all other disks were spun down. I did a SMART check on the parity and it came up fine. I did a SMART check on disk1 (spun down) and an error came up. Then I spun up all of the discs and disk1 had no temperature reading and I think it reballed. I powered down and restarted the server it started straight away and disk1 was still reballed. I can access my files on disk1. The parity button is missing.

I have put disk1 in an external enclosure and checked the SMART values on hd tune and all is fine!

What should I do?

Unfortunately I don't. I did a syslog just after the problem and I am certain I saw the dreaded BLK error. Oh well! I have had to rebuild the entire disk again.

The syslog shows disk 4 is missing and that disk1 is ok.

Odd it was disk1 that redballed when I tried to get the smart values whilst it was spun down. I will not do that again. disk 4 was fine.

The syslog is contradictory. This is why I'd like to see a screenshot of unRAID main and a new syslog.

here you go:

The current log shows no problem. Do you still see a red ball on unRAID main?

No. I had to re-enable it and then it rebuilt disk1. All is well apart odd speeds from RC5 vs test2.
