How does one uninstall all plugins?

I want to uninstall all plugins except unmenu.  I know I can start from a clean install but would prefer to clean up what I've got. 

 

Is there a way to clean up and eliminate plugins?  With out a clean install?

    I think all you need to do is delete or rename the plugins (to plg.bak or whatever) and then reboot the server.

    I think removing SimpleFeatures is more involved, but eroz is correct, renaming the extension to something other than .plg & rebooting... will not reinstall the plugin on reboot.

    Thanks tiy both of you.  I agree on the little more and tried some various options and no luck.  I will try the rename option now.
