So, yesterday and today, I was transferring some ISO files from my server to my W7 PC, which were approximately 97 GB combined.  The transfer speed started at 98 MB/s, and after 50 seconds or so the speed was drastically reduced to 55.8 MB/s.  Yesterday, it was even worse, the speed was reduced to 44.6 MB/s.

 

I didn't have this issue before with RC5.  I rebooted my server and cleaned it since it was very dusty!
