A data drive shows up suddenly as unformatted, then after reboot 632 sync errors

Hi, I am in need of advice please. I'm using unRAID Server Pro version: 5.0-rc5. Syslog attached.

Tonight when I turned on my server I noticed in the //tower menu that disk9 (a 97% full Hitachi 2TB data drive) showed up as UNFORMATTED. I didn't dare tick the format option so rebooted the server and luckily the drive no longer said UNFORMATTED but I couldn't browse to the disk9 and my server froze and I couldn't access it even in PuTTY.

After hard resetting the server things seems to be back to normal as I can browse to the server, including disk9, access //tower and unMenu in firefox but however a Parity Check found 632 sync errors in the first few minutes (no more found after that).

No SMART issues are reported in unMenu SMART check.

Any advice please would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ben.
