How to add plugins in unraid 5.0-rc5

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am using unraid 5.0-rc5 and I dont think I saw a guide on how to install plugins like ssh etc.

Anyone know how?

Thanks

There is a how to here: https://github.com/Influencer/UNplugged/wiki/How-to-Install-Plugins

Simple:

Go to \\Tower\flash\config

Create a folder called plugins. Then just download the PLG's for the plugins you want and then drop them in that plugins folder and reboot and they will auto-install.

Or you can manually install them with the command "installplg xxxxxxx.plg".

I recommend the Influencer plugins: http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=21260.0

hmm im trying to install one and i am getting upgradepkg: command not found any idea?

installplg /boot/config/plugins/couchpotato_v2_unplugged.plg

installing plugin: couchpotato_v2_unplugged

file /boot/packages/python-2.6.6-i486-1.txz: downloading from http://slackware.cs.utah.edu/pub/slackware/slackware-13.37/slackware/d/python-2.6.6-i486-1.txz ... 2012-09-10 04:45:37 URL:http://slackware.cs.utah.edu/pub/slackware/slackware-13.37/slackware/d/python-2.6.6-i486-1.txz [11989968/11989968] -> "/boot/packages/python-2.6.6-i486-1.txz" [1]

success

  upgradepkg --install-new /boot/packages/python-2.6.6-i486-1.txz ... sh: upgradepkg: command not found

Now everything messed up. Even ifconfig wont work

{quote}

root@unRaid:~# which ifconfig

which: no ifconfig in (/usr/local/sbin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:./:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/kerberos/bin:/usr/kerberos/sbin)
