Mover Not Including Two New Drives + Read-Only Problems

Featured Replies

I built my file server a couple months ago with a 64GB cache drive and two 3 TB hard drives which filled up pretty quickly. I didn't know too much about unRaid and had the User Share set to High-water with no minimum free space and no split level. I recently added two additional 3 TB hard drives to my server and all was well until I filled up my first two hard drives. Ever since then, mover generates an error saying "No space left on device."

I'm not really sure what to do at this point. I've switched the minimum free space to 20GB, set the split level to 99 (since I don't really care about how things are being allocated across the drives), and restarted several times. Yet still, mover keeps on saying there's no space left on device. The logs look like it's only trying to move to disk1:

Sep 16 15:32:20 oov-nas shfs/user0: shfs_setxattr: setxattr: user.org.netatalk.supports-eas.YaK7UE /mnt/disk1/oov-nas (28) No space left on device

My most complex file structure is with the TV shows which looks like:

oov-nas/tv shows/show name/season number

Technically, I think I should be using split level 4 and I've tried it, but I'm still getting mover errors.

Also, recently, a lot of my folders on the drive have been set to read-only. I've had to telnet in and manually change them to writable. I'm not sure what's causing this issue either.
