Shares are all gone.. something is wrong after having system offline for a month

Featured Replies

I have an older unraid system running 4.7.

I just moved to a new place, so the server has been off for about 25 days. I think the BIOS go reset because the mobo is old (because the boot device was no longer my usb key, it was the first HDD)

Anyway, unraid got booted up and started a parity check, but none of my user defined shares are there. One is, but there's nothing in it. It looks like the disk1 disk2 etc shares are there... is it possible that the numbers are out of order and that's causing unraid to not assemble things correctly?

I should add that in the web interface under shares I only have 1 share. But all of my shares are still listed @ \\tower\flash\config\shares

I would run checkdisk/scandisk on your flash drive

(stop array, power down, runckeckdisk/scandisk on flash drive in windows PC, then put flash drive back in server and power up once more.)
