I have a couple shares that are orange balled.  How do I find out what is wrong?  All my disks show green and the last parity check (finished yesterday) was successful.  There's plenty of disk space available, no problems accessing user shares or disk shares.

 

I don't see anything in the log (attached - HD Movies and Videos are orange balled).

    Orange means you have data on the cache drive that has not yet been moved to the parity protected data drive.
