September 27, 201213 yr I delete some files but they keep reappearing when I refresh the window. I checked the permissions and it claims I don't have permission to access them (when I did before the deletion). I ran chmod on them to force permissions back to nobody, but it didn't work. I still can delete them, they disappear, and then reappear again even though it claims I don't have access. Other files in this directory can be deleted just fine, it's only these 2 files. Running latest 5.0 RC. Ideas?
September 27, 201213 yr Author Guess I didn't search long enough before posting. Seems like a new issue. Restarting my server, the files I deleted no longer show up, so it seems to delete them. Feel free to delete or merge.
September 27, 201213 yr I'd read that thread. There is a bug in the latest RC that needs a manual workaround (manually downloading the latest samba package and installing that at boot) to resolve it.
