After re-changing the minimum free space it seems to be working now!  ;D

 

The files are moving now or you can just copy to the share again without getting an out of space message?

 

The files moving after setting a min free space set doesn't make any sense. So, if the files are moving now, I firmly believe dgaschk was right and one of your add-ons is the real cause of the problem. I'm not sure why the free space setting would fix it though.

 

If the files are not moving but you can still write to the array then you've just masked the problem.

    I went through and re-changed both share and cache drive free space.

     

    All my add-ons are currently running and the mover is working now. 64.7mb used, 120gb free on the cache drive.
