Moving HDD off of MB to Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8

I just ordered 2 Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8 cards and want to moves all my drives from the motherboard to the SAS cards.  Is there a special procedure to move the drives or can I just unplug all the drives form the MB and connect them to the SAS card?

 

I am running unRAID 5.0-rc8a on a ASRock 890FX DELUXE5 Motherboard.

    Moving the cables or disks positions  should not effect the array.
