Just installed SF on my unraid machine. I have no other addins/plugins other than the  SF web server, SF s3 sleep, and SF core web gui installed.

 

Issue: S3 Sleep will not automatically sleep

 

Here are my settings for S3:

S3 sleep function: Enabled

Wait for array inactivity: Yes

Delay: 20min

Interval of network inactivity: 5

Force gigabit: yes

(Everything else is default)

 

Other Info

-All drives are spinning down completely

-I have applied the settings

-Sleeps just fine manually

-WOL works fine if put to sleep manually

-Plex is not installed (which has been an issue for others using SF S3 Sleep Mode)

Here's my system:

ASUSTek - M4A88T-M

AMD Athlon II X3 450 - 3.2GHz

6GB Ram

Gb ethernet, full duplex

Now I haven't yet narrowed down the problem... but it's either the time delay of 20 minutes, or the force of gigabit speed after wake-up

 

I set the defaults and all works fine. I'm testing now to eliminate if it was the gigabit speed on connect of if it was the time.
