apcupsd not shutting down unraid

Featured Replies

I need some help trying to diagnose why during a power failure apcupsd did not shutdown my server properly. I did notice, however, that the array was stopped but I was expecting for the system to turn off completely, but that did not happen.

The syslog seems to indicate that the md driver gets removed and installed in a continuous loop fashion like so:

Don't know what to make of it.

Here are my details:

unRaid 5 rc8

APCUPSD 3.14.10 Plugin

Cyberpower CP1350AVRLCD

The apcupsd daemon does seem to properly talk to the cyberpower and does properly send the powerdown command.

Powering the server down manually with the unraid interface ALSO does work, but only if apcupsd does not try to do it first. Perhaps it's a plugin not shutting down properly. Here's the last thing I see on the console with the kvm.

Any thoughts.

Did you ever get this fixed? I'm considering buying a CP1350AVRLCD.
