Removed video card: unraid inaccessible

Featured Replies

I am running unraid 4.7.  When I remove my video card from the MOBO, I can no longer telnet, ssh, or access the web menus, along with no network access to the unraid drives.  When I replug it back in, unraid access works fine.  Is this a design issue with unraid that ties all the hardware to the OS/GUID, or is this a potential hardware issue on my end?

unRAID has no dependency, but MANY motherboards do.  (They cannot be run headless)

Yep, I'd say you found one that must have a video card to run. You may be able to check your bios, some have options for halt on no video. It will be in the same options as halt if no keyboard.
