Depends on the version of unRAID you are running.

 

Basically, stop the array, un-assign the two disks you no longer wish in the array, then

In the 5.X beta series, use the Utils->'New Config' link.

 

In the 4.X series, log in as 'root' via telnet or on the system console, type:

initconfig

Respond to its prompt with

Yes

(Upper case 'Y', lower case 'es')

 

Then start the array once more.  Parity will be re-calculated on the remaining drives.
