Registration Key Not Recognized

Featured Replies

I have just copied the registration key to my USB and my array still shows a basic license.  I added the file to the config folder.

Anyone?

Yes. I'm up and running.  I would like to add my next drive to the array.

Is it the only file with a .key suffix?  (it needs to be the only one, and the suffix must be .key)

Did you submit the correct flash GUID when you purchased your license?

You can check by going the to Main tab, then clicking on the flash drive link.

Yes it is the .key file.

That appears to be the problem.  I will contact Tom.  Thanks.

Yes it is the .key file.

What version of unRAID are you running?  On older versions of unRAID (prior to 4.5-beta5) it needed to be in the config directory.

After looking in the 'config' directory on the Flash for the license key file (for backward compatibility)' date=' if not found, unRAID Server OS will look in the root of the Flash. This allows easier backup/restore of the 'config' directory contents. [/quote']
