Hi  have these errors in my sys log what is causing this is there an issue with my nic as I cant get mail notification

Oct 27 05:54:24 Tower dhcpcd[975]: eth0: renewing lease of 192.168.0.13

Oct 27 07:12:19 Tower sSMTP[27460]: Connection lost in middle of processing

Oct 27 08:12:28 Tower sSMTP[22821]: Connection lost in middle of processing
