After a cold reboot, it came up. Not sure if I have some hardware that is questionable or what.

    This is now happening every time I reboot my server:( I have to unplug it for a minute or so and then restart it. Anybody have any ideas what maybe causing this?

    Bad USB stick from the looks of it. Try backing up its contents and then format it
