[SOLVED] errors in the syslog

I was getting errors trying to save files to my server. I did a clean powerdown and restart and there are I/O errors in the syslog. the server now seems to be working fine, but the errors make me nervous.

 

can someone take a look for me and let me know what these errors mean? I would appreciate it.

    thanks dgaschk. swapped out 2 new cables on the 2 drives that reported errors and it seems to have resolved.
