I was configuring pci pass through and made a mistake that crashed my esxi server.  I reloaded esxi and recover my unraid Pro 4.7 server.  My server started a parity check due to the hard shutdown.

 

It is going on 10 hours and the server has been frozen at 18. percent for approximately 5 hours.  Would you please review my syslog and advise?

 

What should I do next?  By the way recently I made a backup of my flash drive (prior to the hard shutdown), would this backup helpme recover?

The check is not running. A check was started Nov 3 14:25:50. The array was restarted at 14:27:01 killing the check.

Thanks for the info.  I ended up canceling the parity check.  I tried streaming a movie from it and the movie was doing nothing but freezing etc.  I rebooted unraid and it seems to be better.

 

I told it to do a parity check and it appears to be functioning more normal.
