November 6, 201213 yr Is it possible to create a browser shortcut that directly starts the mover? I know there's a button on the SETTINGS tab but I'd rather not go to the welcome screen, the the settings screen, then scroll down, then click the mover button. I'd like one like in my favorites that directly starts the mover. Is this possible? Thanks in advance.
November 7, 201213 yr No offense, buy why? I think most individuals that use a cache drive let it run 99% of the time at night automatically. A manual start of mover is probably very rare for most of the unraid community, so having to spend a few seconds clicking seems perfectly acceptable. That being said, someone could possibly modify the code for you.

I've had times when I've moved a lot of things to the server (eg., emptied my camera after a holiday) and it just feels safer to run the mover right away. I was hoping that there was a weblink behind the mover button that someone could give me the url for. Thanks

Thanks There probably is, but if like the other "buttons" in the stock unRAID, they will not work unless on the corect page, so no single direct "URL" is possible.
