[Resolved] UI - why's mine different?

I have a 5.0-rc8a that is working fine, but I've noticed from several screenshots on these forums that my UI is different.  I've attached my UI as mine.jpg and also included an example of another UI that was posted here.

 

Any idea what controls this?

    I'm sure it stands for Family File Server or something.  Or at least that's what he tells the wife....

     

    I'd be tempted to use FFS for my next server if I wasn't so hung up on making any server name writeable with 3 key presses on numeric keypad.
