red ball disk remove but i cant see parity check

hi,

 

i have red ball disc12 and than power down the server, i remove the disc server  power up the server (i didnt array stop and unassingned the disc12)and run the telnet via initconfig command.

after the initconfig and i coudnt see chcek parity icon.

i think i lose my parity and disc config info.

what can i do?
