Just setting up UnRaid box #2 on this MB. Here's what I know so far:

 

You must format the USB stick as FAT, not FAT32. Otherwise, syslinux will bore you with the message "Could not find kernel image". Tried SysLinux v3.54 and v3.71. The USB Stick is Kingston DataTraveler 1GB, and works fine formatted as FAT32 in another UnRaid box. This issue has also been reported for other MBs on this forum.

 

The on-board gigabit LAN works fine with UnRaid v4.2.4

 

Only has 4 SATA ports, but if you're setting up a basic 2- or 3-disk system, that's obviously plenty.
