How to I get Sab/sb/cp info from unraid to another system?

I am though with my efforts to try to get Sab/SB/CP to run alongside unraid, and will be putting them on a small dedicated machine to act as my downloader.

 

I can't get any of the aforementioned processes to run on unraid now, but I do need to get the current queued files off, my server configs, my usenet configs, etc.

 

What's the best way to recover all of my settings for use on the next system?
