ESXI VM Memory Allocation

I've setup a Norco 4020 case with ESXI that has 32GB of memory available in it.

 

Following the setup guides for an unraid VM, I've only allocated 2GB to unraid.

 

I've now mounted my old nasbox user share within unraid.  And started MC to begin moving file from my old machine to the new unraid server.

 

If I were to increase the allocated memory to something higher, would I see any increase in file transfer speed?
