If I am not mistaken, he will transfer ownership if the entire server is sold. not just the key..

I know buying a two pack and selling one off is frowned on.

As far as I know ownership has never be transferred. Support will be on a "Tom is a good guy" basis only.

 

Obviously on this forum it makes zero difference.
