November 24, 201213 yr it would seem me included a lot of us are using sab/sick and couch. I am still trying to get mine working properly after reboot. so would someone be interested in creating a tutorial from start(just unraid its self) to finish on how to set this up?
November 24, 201213 yr influencer wrote a guide on how to install and setup sabnzbd and sickbeard on unraid: https://github.com/Influencer/UNplugged/wiki/How-to-setup-Sab-and-Sickbeard-in-unRAID installing the other plugins is very similar. (at least if you are using unraid v5. the process for 4.7 is different)

December 3, 201213 yr does anyone have any guidance on how to migrate these plugins' setting from 4.7 to 5.x? I will switch to 5.x soon, but I am trying to figure out what files or folders I am going to have to copy over after reinstall of influencer's plugins (sab and sickbeard mainly. I guess couchpotato is going to have to be set up all over since I will also be switching from v1 to v2) Thanks
December 3, 201213 yr to tell the truth, i would start over with sabnzbd (it's not that much configuration...) for couchpotato there is an import from version 1 to 2. but i had some issues with that and started with a fresh config. sickbeard would be the main issue (depending of how many series you have. if you only have few, you could also start with a fresh config and import your series again). otherwise you should save your data directory and point the data-directory configuration of the installation to that folder. (i'm not very familiar with the unmenu plugins on 4.7, so i don't exactly know, if there was a difference of installation and data directory)
December 4, 201213 yr Before I migrated from 4.7 to 5.0 and using the plugins for all these programs, I made a backup on my workstation of the data folders of sab, sick and couch. I installed all three plugins as a fresh install, configured the data directory and port the same as under previous install. I then stopped all three plugins and for each app compared my backup with the fresh install directory. I copied all the files from the backup folder to the fresh install folder which were (1) not present and (2) larger. For sab those were the admin folder and the settings.ini or .conf file. For sick it is the .db file, settings.ini or .conf file and the cached image folder. For couch I followed the wizard. Result was a seamless transtition.
December 4, 201213 yr Thanks so much, that is great information. See, I ordered a 2TB Seagate from Newegg on black friday ($69.99), but they sent me a 3TB drive Now I gotta upgrade to 5.x
