I have a slightly used Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8 with a full size bracket for sale.  If I can find a low profile bracket I will include that as well.

 

I'll include TWO 8087 cables so you can plug 8 SATA drives into it.

 

I was using it without fail in my unRAID box for about 6 months until I got a new 24 bay Supermicro case that came with the cards to run all 24 drives.
