Trying to backup Unraid to D-link DNS-343???

I am trying to backup a specific folder on my Unraid server to a specific folder on my DNS-343.  It appears that the only options I have are to copy from an SMB share to another or to use FTP.  I cannot for the life of me figure out how to automate any kind of process that will accomplish the goal. 

 

Any ideas or help would be great!

    I just use SMB and TeraCopy and let it rip.

     

    Unless of course you are trying to setup some kind of automated copy process that does its thing now and then without your intervention?
