I am upgrade drive #13 from 2TB to 3TB drive, the web gui and unmenu hang during rebuild and can't access it, but I still can telnet in ok. Seem like it hang right it get to 2TB mark. Please help.

could easily be your disk controller does not handle disks > 2.2TB. 

Is this the first data drive > 2TB?

 

On the other hand, near the end of your syslog is a media error (an un-readable sector on a disk) and a lost interrupt (i've no idea why)

 

Also, further back in the log is this warning:

Dec  3 11:47:39 Atlas kernel: sata_mv: Highpoint RocketRAID BIOS CORRUPTS DATA on all attached drives, regardless of if/how they are configured. BEWARE!

Dec  3 11:47:39 Atlas kernel: sata_mv: For data safety, do not use sectors 8-9 on "Legacy" drives, and avoid the final two gigabytes on all RocketRAID BIOS initialized drives.

 

Fortunately, unRAID does not use sectors 8 or 9.

this is my #13 of 3TB drive, and the controller for this particular drive is Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8.

here his how my drive connection and controller.

6 3TB drive connected to Motherboard ASRock Motherboard

4 3TB drive connected to High Point-Tech controoler

4 3TB drive and 2 2TB drive connected to AOC-SASLP-MV8.

So 3TB drive support is not a problem with my system, and I am running version 5B12 since last year without problem, until this upgrade.

Can anyone please help? I did an initconfig and now my parity drive stuck at exactly same spot.
