Sync Servers Suggestions?

I have a Unraid server at my office serving around 5TBs and my company is currently branching internationally (San Diego and Mexico) and I was hoping for some suggestions on syncing both servers and utilizing some sort of Crashplan also. I know Unraid has a plugin for Crashplan, but what would you guys suggest for my secondary server? Maybe just a simpler Windows Server machine? What can I use to sync, assuming RSync is the best...? Any suggestions, alternatives or modifications would be greatly appreciated.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
