Looks like a loose or bad cable, port, or drive. Try a new cable.

ok, am I reading it right.... It would be the 1st port on the motherboard right? I just happen to have a bunch of new sata cables coming in tomorrow to help clean up my wiring since I bought a 3x5 cage (coming tomorrow as well)

oh and btw the array doesn't seem to be effected. I currently have all green lights on my end but I guess this isn't problem since it appears to recover the sata link.
