December 17, 201213 yr I'm having major issues with my server. I was upgrading one of my drives (disk6) a few days ago. After leaving it run for half a day everything was going fine for the data rebuild. later on when i got home from work it I saw that something was wrong. the speed was only going at 12-20kb and saying that the completion time was over 200k mins. I also noticed that disk4 had mas amount of read errors, roughly 300k and rising. So i canceled the rebuild and shut down the server. Starting researching the forums for any possible answers/solutions. i tried switching cables, no good. where I really screwed myself is that i didnt backup my flash drive prior to upgrading the drive. I do however have the old disk6 untouched since i pulled it. I also have a older copy of my flash drive from july but i hard upgraded two drives prior to that. i have attached a pic and the syslog from the last try. any help or advice would greatly help syslog1.txt
